Current client plan

One flat annual price. Never a monthly bill.

No feature tiers to compare and no monthly plan. DivFolio charges a single fee per calendar year, which includes the full client workspace and access for a firm you authorize.

Client plan

$499.99

per calendar year

A single charge covering one calendar year. DivFolio does not offer a monthly plan and does not break this fee into instalments.

New accounts include a seven-day free trial before any charge.

Create a client account

The annual fee is fully earned when paid and is separate from attorney fees and any future post-resolution service. Where a state gives you a statutory right to cancel a purchase within a set period, that right applies regardless of this.

Included in the current plan

A private client workspace

Guided questions with save-and-return progress

Organized family, parenting, financial, property, and debt information

Answer history with dates and sources

Progress visibility for an authorized law firm

Case-specific access for a law firm you authorize

No monthly billing

One annual charge. There is no monthly plan, no instalment option, and no per-document fee.

Attorney fees are separate

DivFolio pricing does not include legal representation, court costs, filing fees, or professional services.

Firm access is authorized

A firm does not receive your matter merely because it has a DivFolio account. Access is case-specific.

Law firms

Firms use DivFolio at no cost

Attorneys, paralegals and firm staff pay nothing for the service described on this page. The client pays the annual fee; the firm does not. Paid tools for firms, including additional data storage, are planned as separate products and are not offered today. Pilot arrangements are handled directly. DivFolio does not share legal fees.

Billing questions

Does the plan renew?

Yes. The annual plan renews each year until you cancel it. You can cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date from your billing page, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than ending access you have already paid for. Any future record-maintenance service after a matter concludes will be offered and priced separately.

Does this pay my attorney?

No. DivFolio software fees are separate from retainers, hourly fees, flat legal fees, court costs, and other professional charges.

Does my attorney pay for this?

No. Attorneys and firm staff use the service described here at no cost. The annual fee is paid by the client and is separate from anything your attorney charges you.
